Do you Believe? I am challenged that question everytime I turn on CTV and view an Olympic commercial. I believe that someone will win the Olympic medals. I believe Canada will win some medals. I believe that people are winners that can turn off gadgets (TV & computer) and get out and get active. Go skate, walk your dog or shovel snow, your heart will love you for it.. Now get out there! February is heart month. Yes, I do believe.

Short Term mission work. Saturday January 30, 2010, I witnessed a Canadian first. A Cold winters day and some children in front of their home on Burnett Avenue was selling Hot Chocolate for Haiti. Their actions deeply touched my heart. My hat is off to them.
